1. Feel terrible for that girl.. But I wonder if it wouldn’t be better to just do it hard and fast. And with a bigger opening.

2. I feel so sorry for her…Obviously no deadening and not opened up enough. How sad but that is third world medicine. We are so lucky!

3. Poor girl you can see how painful that is. This child has a large serious infection, she needs to be taken for hospital care
